Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026.

1. Who we are

This platform is operated by Farhat Werfelli, sole proprietor (EI), trading as WMG-STUDIO, France ("we"). We are the data controller under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Contact: admin@wmg-studio.com.

2. What the platform does

The platform writes articles using artificial intelligence, derives a publishing plan and image carousels from them, and, at your request, publishes them to your Facebook Page and Instagram professional account through Meta's Graph API.

3. Data we process

  • Customer-space data: content you provide (instructions, text, images), generated articles, plans and carousels, publishing settings.
  • Data received from Meta when you connect your account (Facebook Login for Business): user access token, Page access tokens, IDs and names of your Facebook Pages, ID and name of the linked Instagram professional account, IDs of the posts created by the platform.
  • Technical data needed for operation and security (operational logs).

Permissions requested from Meta: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish. We do not request business_management. We use data received from Meta only to show your Pages and accounts and to publish the content you approved.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the requested service (writing, planning, publishing): performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Connecting to Meta: your consent, given on Meta's permission screen and which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Security, abuse prevention, logs: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Accounting and legal duties: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data received from Meta is not shared with data brokers and is not used to train AI models.

5. Recipients and processors

  • Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud Storage): application hosting (Belgium, europe-west1) and image storage.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL): database.
  • Anthropic (Claude model): text generation. Only the content needed for writing is sent; data received from Meta (tokens, IDs) is not sent to it.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram): recipient of the content you choose to publish. Meta is responsible for its own processing, governed by its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

6. Retention

  • Meta token and Page tokens: kept while your Meta account is connected; erased as soon as you disconnect Meta from "Mes réseaux" ("My networks").
  • Articles, plans, carousels and images: kept while you use the service, then deleted on your request or at the end of the relationship, within one month at most.
  • Technical logs: kept for a limited period necessary for security.
  • Billing records: kept for the legally required periods.

We do not keep data received from Meta longer than necessary.

7. Deleting your data

At any time you can: disconnect Meta from "Mes réseaux" in the app (the token is erased); remove the app in your Facebook settings ("Apps and Websites"); or email admin@wmg-studio.com. Detailed steps are on our Data deletion instructions page. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram remain on those platforms; you can delete them there.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them: admin@wmg-studio.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr/en, or with your local authority.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, tokens stored with limited access rights.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date will change and, for material changes, you will be informed.
