Terms of Use
Effective date: 8 October 2026.
1. Publisher
The platform is published by Farhat Werfelli, sole proprietor (EI), trading as WMG-STUDIO, SIREN 891 536 336 (SIRET 891 536 336 00029), 891 536 336 R.C.S. Bordeaux, EU VAT number (TVA intracommunautaire) FR84891536336, 3 rue Fleming, 33160 Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, France. Contact: admin@wmg-studio.com. In these terms, "we" means the publisher and "you" means the customer using the platform.
2. Purpose
The platform lets you start from an article, derive a publishing plan from it, and prepare posts for your Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. Nothing is published unless you have approved it first. By using the platform, you accept these terms.
3. Account and access
Your login credentials are personal. You must keep them confidential and not share them. You are responsible for the use made of your account. If you believe a third party has used your credentials, tell us without delay at admin@wmg-studio.com.
4. Your content and your responsibility
You remain the owner of the content you provide to us (instructions, text, images). You warrant that you hold the rights needed to use and publish it (copyright, image rights, trademarks, etc.) and that it complies with the law. You alone remain responsible for what is published on your Pages and accounts, including content you approved.
5. Use of artificial intelligence
Texts are generated using artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, approximations or unsuitable wording: you must review them before approving them. The AI-specific rules are set out in the AI agreement signed with you, to which we refer.
6. Publishing through Meta
Publishing goes through Meta's services (Facebook and Instagram). You are responsible for your Pages and accounts, their access rights, and compliance with Meta's terms, in particular the Facebook Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use. Meta may refuse, limit or remove a post or an account; we are not responsible for this.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep the platform available, but without any guarantee: no service-level commitment is made. The service may be interrupted or changed, in particular for maintenance or because of a problem with our providers or with Meta.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for the consequences of content you approved and published, or for an interruption of Meta's services. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law mandatorily gives you, or our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the platform at any time: disconnect Meta from "Mes réseaux" ("My networks") in the app, or ask for your account to be closed and your data deleted by emailing admin@wmg-studio.com. Detailed steps are on our Data deletion instructions page. We may suspend or close access if these terms are not respected. The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms; the effective date will be updated and, for material changes, you will be informed. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that may apply. The platform is intended for professionals acting for their business; consumer mediation (Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) therefore does not apply.
